We heal best when we heal together - in relationship with nature, Spirit, and community. When we open ourselves deeply in sacred healing circles, something magical happens, allowing unexpected releases and gifts, connections and revelations.

We cannot do this alone. And we are not meant to.​

This 6-week series will deepen your ability to connect with nature, spiritual guidance, and your own intuition in a sacred circle. In addition, you will explore inner burdens or stuck places and engage in powerful embodied spiritual practices that bring healing and transformation to those places.

 

Shamanic practices expand consciousness to open us to unseen realms, energetically and spiritually, to bring about new perspectives, healing, and guidance. They enliven us and open us to more meaning, pleasure, and belonging. They help us experience ourselves as participants in creation, not separate from it.

 

Constellations are embodied practices that allow us to step into different energies, learning directly from that embodied experience and from the connection with others in the same energy field. Hidden dynamics then become visible - both unseen blocks and also supportive resources. Constellations help us disentangle from burdens, while deepening connection to intuition, strength, and support. The embodied component of constellation practices helps to ground and integrate the work that is done.

 

In this series, there will be individual, small, and large group shamanic constellating practices, as well as guided meditations and mapping of inner territories - those that burden and those that inspire. Class size will be limited to allow time for questions and group sharing.
